RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR VIP RACE WEEKEND SWEEPSTAKES

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. You are automatically entered by completing this digital entry form. Only one digital entry will be accepted for each entrant through this home page. Entries with name, address, and phone number and email address if available may be mailed to: BAM Racing, VIP Race Weekend/Gen., 11881 Vance Davis Dr. Charlotte, NC 28269. By entering you agree to receive the weekly BAM 49 Racing email newsletter, which also provides you additional opportunities to enter. You may cancel the email newsletter at any time without affecting the entries already submitted.

2. The VIP sweepstakes drawing is held the day of the Homestead race in November of 2007. YOU NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN. Winners will be notified by email within two (2) days after the drawing. Winners entering by mail will be notified by mail if no email address was provided. Winners must respond within ten (10) days after the email or mail notification is sent. If no response is received within ten (10) days, all rights, interests and claims of the selected entrant are null and void and new winner will be notified. If the winner was referred to the contest by another entrant through an online referral form or if referral information is provided on entries received by mail, the person referring the winner also wins a VIP Race Weekend for two. The referrer’s VIP Race Weekend may or may not be on the same weekend chosen by the winner.

3. Winners and one guest will be the guest of BAM Racing for a two day race weekend – the day before the race and the day of the race. The VIP Race Weekend includes, hotel accommodations for one night and meals at the track during track activities. The winner may choose to attend any race within one year of the drawing date. Notice of your choice of race must be given at least fifteen (15) days before the desired race. BAM will make every attempt to accommodate the winner’s chosen date. If that date is not available the winner and guest agree to work with BAM to choose another date that suits both parties. Ground and air transportation is not included. Total retail value of the VIP Race Weekend is approximately $2000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded.

4. The VIP Race Weekend is open to any legal resident of the United States and Canada, except residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Winner and guest must be 21 years or older at the time of the drawing. Employees of BAM Racing and any sponsors associated with BAM Racing, and any of their respective immediate families living in the same household, are not eligible to win. By entering and/or accepting a prize, winners agree to be bound by these rules, to conform to all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and to all rules and requirements of NASCAR™ and of the sponsoring track. All taxes, licenses and registrations (except for race credentials) are the winner’s responsibility. There are no prize substitutions or transfers of cash value for prizes.

5. An Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Hold Harmless and Waiver of Liability Agreement, must be executed and returned by winner and guest within ten (10) days after receipt of the forms, or an alternate winner will be selected. Entry constitutes permission for BAM Racing, its sponsors or NASCAR to use winner’s name, pictures, likeness, and address (city and state only) for advertising and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions, without further compensation, and winner must execute necessary documentation or waivers for that purpose.

6. Each winner and guest must agree to release and hold harmless BAM Racing, NASCAR, track owners, all other race teams, and any sponsors associated with any of them, and each of their sponsors, affiliates, respective directors, officers, attorneys, employees, and agents, from and against any damage, injury, death, or any other loss or liability whatsoever that may arise from their acceptance or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or in activities at any race or track, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize award. Winner and guest of the VIP Race Weekend understand that qualification by BAM Racing for the race of their choice is not a certainty and that not qualifying could alter their VIP Weekend activities. Winner and guest of the VIP Race Weekend must comply with all NASCAR™ and track regulations and must execute any releases, agreements and hold harmless provisions required by NASCAR or by track owners.

7. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.
